Suffering from piles external
Hi doctors
I am suffering from piles. Actually it started in march after cesarean delivery. That time i took medicine it recovered. But again for last three days it hurt me a lot there is one big lump outside which hurts a lot and today blood came out while passing stools.
Can you suggest medicines to cure permanently. And to remove such pain

start tab daflon 1000mg three times daily for 4days then tab daflon 1000mg twice daily for 3days then continue tab daflon 1000mg once daily for 1 month. start tab signoflam one tab twice daily for 10days to reduce swelling and pain. apply anometrogyl ointment or cremagel h ointment locally .take stool softener syrup lactihep 3tsf daily at night

You can try the medicines for temporary relief. but grade -3 piles will require surgery eventually. That is the best treatment.
