teething causes irritation in gums and that causes the child to put his hand repeatedly in his mouth ,and during this time the child is learning to walk :so he frequently falls ;and it is due to dirty hands that the child frequently gets tummy infection which troubles as vomitings and loose motions. to control vomiting use syrup formulation of ondansetrone or domstal , keep giving oral rehydration solution and if the child is accepting ORS and is passing urine once every 4 hrly to max 8 hrly then the child will be better in 72 hrs.
Next Steps
your baby needs to be seen by a doctor if vomitings are so much that the child is not able to eat anything or if loose motions are so many that urine output is compromised

Your baby is most likely suffering from viral gastroenteritis and this has nothing to do with teething. U can give an anti emetic like Ondem along with probiotics to help alleviate her symptoms. Also keep her well hydrated with ORS,  coconut water, glucose water.
