Suffering from jaundice since last 3 months. Not taking any salt, oil and masala since last 3 months and taking only boiled food (boiled vegs and chaas, banana) only as I was in home and separate food is being cooked. Not having any medication and only drinking LIV52 tonic. Now I have been transferred to other location and have to live alone, and depend on outside food, pls advise what all food items I can eat and advise a diet plan under these situations. Still having bilirubin levels at 1.9

It appears jaundice is coming down. You have not told what were the bilirubin levels before. 1.9 bilirubin levels comes under category of latent jaudice.
Next Steps
Continue very high carbohydrate diet with little protein. continue Liv 52 syrup. B-complex vitamin capsules like Cobadex forte once daily will help. Only moderate activity is advised. Get bilirubin levels checked every fortnight.
Health Tips
Do not rush into daily routine. Gradually  increase physical activity.
