This seems to be a condition called Pemphigus Vulgaris. Pemphigus refers to a group of skin disorders that cause blisters or bumps filled with pus. These often break open, causing pain and leaving you vulnerable to infection. Pemphigus is not contagious. Consult a Dermatologist at the earlist.
