My daughter  has  headache and vometing please  suggest me  any medicine for relief Raat ko bhi tha combiflame syrup  diya tha morning  main phir se hai aur vometing  bhi ho rahi hai

Hi ,I am Dr.Santoshkumar,pediatrician.Try  to avoid combiflame syrup,give paracetamol syrup and antiemetic for vomiting.consult a pediatrician if your symptoms persists.
