Suffering from Fever

My Daughter is suffering from fever (100.2) We have given T98 4ml at 4.30 PM 12 Mar 2022 but now after approx 4 hours fever is bot coming down. what should we do now?

u can give the syrup again with same dose, try tepid sponging: use tap water and sponge the whole body. if any danger sign like fever not subsiding, poor feeding when no fever, excessive weakness, being lethargy do visit the pediatrician again
