Suffering from fever

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi sir/Madam, My 18 months old baby is suffering from fever, the temperature is only on a particular part like stomach, back and face and legs have no fever, and I saw deworms in her motion yesterday, motion also green 🟢 color, fever not continuosly in a day, I used paracetamol syrup also.But she is playing very well and now also active. Please suggest me is it normal fever, or can I consult pediatric or general surgeon ?

First of all, you should record the temperature with a thermometer to confirm whether she is running a fever or not. If the temperature is more than 99 F, then it's a fever. For which you can give paracetamol syrup. For worm, give syrup Bandy plus 5 ml at bed time with milk.
