Suffering from fever and cold
Since yesterday I have been suffering from fever night time it was 101 later it's reached 102 I had 2 times paracetamol 650 but after 5-6 hours the fever arise again. For cold and cough I am having ascoril syrup.

Monitor temperature every 4 hourly today and take tab dolo 650 mg two times today maximum of three times a day.
If fever still persists than have to get some blood tests done and start on antibiotics on the basis of your test results.
