Suffering From External Piles
I Hand a small Pea sized Lump outside Of my Anus. that Gets triggered By Spicy Food causing Burning Sensation and pain For 2 days. I usually Lift Heavy Weights And Before I got this I'm  on a protien diet and generally Consume Very Less Fiber and water and that Causing Constipation and straining . I'm using proctosedyl bd rectal cream And pilex tablets Form past 2 Days all symptoms got disappeared But the size is not shrinking. Can Refere the above Image the mositure is due to the proctosedyl bd rectal cream

By the symptoms u have mentioned it doesn't seem to be an issue of piles (hemorrhoids). It seems to be due to a condition called FISSURE IN ANO. And the swelling is called a sentinel pile. Needs proper clinical examination
