Suffering from epididymitis please help
Suffering from epididymitis from past 2 months i am unable to cure from pain killers and antibiotics.. please help me out and guide me the procedure.

Hello, epididymitis is a clinical diagnosis. Examination is needed to different acute from chronic. If you are still having pain with enlarged testis do the following
Do sitz bath (sitting in hot water ) twice daily
Start tab chymotrypsin 1 tab TDS for 1 month
Tab tamsulosin 0.4mg hs
Maintain perineal hygiene
Use condom while having intercourse
Next Steps
Urine culture , usg bilateral testes
