Suffering from Back Pain
My wife is suffering from Back pain after she returns from office. However after taking long rest of 2-3 days it reduces. Sometime taking heat therapy also gives some temporary relief. Shall she take any pain killer? is this pain due to utter work stress or there can be some other problem as well?

Ensure that she maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy her minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  As i have already mentioned in another post. Calcium, vitamin d3 deficiency could also be the cause here and its very common. Tab. Supracal pro once a day after food for 3 months. Tab. Health ok  once a day after food for a month. Tab. D3 must 60k once a week to be chewed for 12 weeks. Consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
