Your immune system is very low. It has to be strengthen by Rasayan therapy of Ayurveda so that any pollutant could not disturb you alongwith some SHAMAN chiktasa to relieve your symptoms. In Ayurveda, an expert consultant can help you the most. Thanks

Subh Arogya. . . . . Not to criticise anyone but plz do not use air conditioning as cold will cause more trouble. As for your problem as Dr. Junarkar suggested Vaman therapy would prove beneficial. Proper ayurvedic medication for 6-7 mnths would be necessary. Prblem- Everyone else brethes the same air but it's only your body reacting to it... these concludes that your body needs to be worked on not the allergens or pollens in air... Regards, Dr. Kaustubh Kane ( Mulund )

Use your air conditioner. Air conditioning reduces the amount of airborne pollen from trees, grasses and weeds that finds its way indoors. .... Decontaminate your decor. Minimize dust that may worsen nighttime symptoms by replacing certain items in your bedroom..... Reduce pet dander. If you're allergic to dander, avoid pets with fur or feathers. .....
