Suffering from acne
I have been suffering from acne since I hit puberty initially my acne was very severe. But since last 8-9 years it has become moderate. To get rid of it completely I have been prescribed isotroin 20 mg along with deriva-cms gel and azelaic 20mg cream I m taking isotroin since Oct 14 2019. It seems there is no improvement at all I m still getting occasional breakouts and since last last two weeks I have got a lot of pimples especially on my jawline. Doctor should I stop taking isotroin or continue with it because it's the perfect medicine for acne free skin then why am I still breaking out?

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
