She can have any fruits and vegetables except cruciferous group (cabbage,  cauliflower ,broccoli, mustard leaves), if diabetic then avoid excessive sweet fruits. She can have soaked almonds and walnuts daily and other healthy seeds like pumpkin, sunflower and lots of water intake. If feeling too tired then she can start a good multivitamin also. Calcium supplements and milk and milk products she should add in her diet. Have you checked her hemoglobin?
