Suffering body pains and throut infectio
On 16th I got fever and using dolo 650 and Azithromycin fever gone. But throut infection and body pains remained... No cold... These are symptoms of covid 19. Please suggest if yes what medication should I take...

It can be COVID but as your fever has subsided there's not much to worry. You can do Betadine gurgle and supplement with vitamin c and zinc
