Suddenly leg pain
Please anyone can tell me by saying if the report is okay or not!I have attached my report! 6years back suddenly I fell down and my knee was not it's position!when I went to the xray bench the knee came to its place!The report said that I have a joint gap and so I was going through physiotherapy! Suddenly I feel discomfort and pain whenever I am trying to stand or walk! I don't know whether it's nerve issue or not!

You should get MRI of Knee joint to know the status of ligaments. The discomfort or instability feel may be due to ligament injury which might have caused displacement of knee position that time.
Next Steps
Use Long Knee Brace for support. Take analgesic tablet for pain relief.

X ray is normal. You need clinical examination, to see stability of knee ligament. And further will plan for treatment
