Sudden swollen vein after passing stool
3 days ago, after passing the stool while cleaning I felt a swollen vein-like structure originating some 1.5 cm inside the rectum and appearing till outside of rectum opening. There is no pain however it's giving me minor discomfort as something is stretching a little. Is it an internal hemmaroid or thrombosed pile mass? Please note that it wasn't there before and appeared suddenly after passing stool though I was having constipation for a few days. Attaching it's picture.

Need palpation to confirm. Doesn't look like thrombosed hemorrhoids but can't comment just by picture.
