Sudden SPO2 fall
Hi, I am post covid patient, it has been more than 1.5 months in the recovery phase. My SP02 level normally remains 98-99 but sometimes when I do some activity or after eating it falls to 95-96. And if I am laying on bed I have to sit up so I feel better.

If you are having any breathing problems during lying down that may point towards some diseases. So please get proper evaluation for that symptom. Otherwise all SpO2 values are normal and don’t require any bothering.
