Sudden spike in heart rate
Hi doctors for the last few months I'm having pain in my left chest shoulder. I took ecg echo tmt all normal. For more confirmation I also took CT angio that also came out normal. I will be wearing by smartwatch 24*7 it shows sudden spike in heart rate. Is it normal. Today the spike went upto 160. Please help me in this issue.

Smart watch heart rate values are not reliable. If u have palpitation, get ecg at that time. That helps in making diagnosis
