Hi You went for a full body checkup and the results are normal. Since medical cause is ruled out it seems like you could have anxiety. You have been prone to anxiety since childhood and you are worried about the future. With a psychologist you can talk about your childhood and you can also talk about what is making you feel anxious about the future. Do not worry counselling sessions will help you.

Hi... If doctors concluded that there is no physical cause of your condition then it can be attributed to psychological factors. You are suffering from severe anxiety and these triggers that you have mentioned sometimes causing a panic response. Your childhood issues combined with your tense personality (as you have mentioned), recent marriage, and uncertainty about your future is primarily causing you to feel this way. Psychotherapy/Counselling is the simplest solution to these problems. It may take sometime but will address your issues from the root.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
