If the tooth having crown is RCT treated then it is not normal to have sensitivity and might be the rct treatment has fault , If their is direct placement of cap due to aesthetic reason then there is a chance that the tooth surface at some point is exposed and not fully covered with cap
For pain in wisdom tooth , the pain has either of 2 reasons, 1.tooth has less space to come out into oral cavity and 2 the tooth is not in normal position (tilted ) and pushing adjacent tooth or there is skin cover on top of tooth where food get stuck causing decay of the tooth and pain
For now take the medication prescribed.
Rx
Tab Augmentin 625mg BD
Tab Metrogyl 400mg TDS
Tab Diclomol BD
Tab Pan 40 OD
Tab Ketorol DT. SOS (in case of very severe pain)
Take all for 5 days
Mouthwash betadiene 3-4 times a day
Next Steps
Visit your dentist as clinical and radiographical examination will give exact treatment plan
It may be either removal of the affected tooth or RCT (root canal treatment)
