Sudden itching and sick smell on scalp

Asked for Female, 16 Years

For about a week I'm head has itched a lot. I've used some coconut oil to ease it down and has done nothing. I washed my hair this morning getting rid if the oil and now my head itches a lot. And it smells like sick. Its very strong and also medium lump has formed on my head.
