Sudden continuous bleeding
My LMP was 8th March and i got unexpected periods again on 26th March which was way too early for my regular cycle. After that i bled continuosly for 8-9 days with constant dull aching in lower abdomen, which has never ever happened before. My gynaec put me on pause 500 for 3 days during this bleeding but it did not stop. Eventually ive been put on ovral g since past 2 days and the bleeding has stopped today. Pregnancy test negative. I do have a uterine fibroid sized 12 mm but it has never caused any issues in the past. What tests should i run to diagnose what had caused this sudden bleeding? Also, is it possible to randomly have such an occurence in one cycle and then be back on track from next one? My TSH level is 2.2

It is first and only episode. It is possible that further menses will be back to their regular chart. You have to keep a strict record of your period cycles, how much bleeding. If the problem continues for 3 months then treatment is warranted. Right now on ovral G it will be controlled as it is a combination hormonal pill. Single Fibroid, the size is too small to cause such a bleeding problem.
