Continuous bleeding from last one month

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My wife had an medical abortion on 4 march. After that she is continuously bleeding. We had ultasound on 15 and results were normal, no extra mass was found. For 4-5 days bleeding stoped but from 21st bleeding again started, its not heavy she use one pad in 12 hours. She suffers no pain or nausea. But she feels weak. Please explain why her bleeding has not yet stopped and how long its going to continue?
