Paracetamol and Azithromycin are not known to cause low BP.As she has BP, CKD, diabetes ,her BP is lower due to inadequate fluids.keep monitoring her bp ,if it's still low, visit to hospital is suggested

First of all BP reading of 102/50 mm Hg is not alarming. She has been having fever for a few days. Her fluid and food intake might not have been adequate. She has a number of Medical diseases. She has taken Azithromycin and Paracetamol tablets.  Any one of these factors could have caused giddiness. She should be hospitalized for a few days and the complete health package should be done . Treatment will be according to the investigations.
