Sudden back pain
My wife just experienced sudden pain in central right side back. While sitting. During experienced nausea and blurry vision. Treated with ice and helped immensely. Vision back to normal . Any idea what happened

Hello...... Muscle spasm could cause catchy type of pain in back.. This happens when person tries to bend or try to pick up something.. This pain will be there for sometime. Nausea, blurred may not be related to it.... Consult the general physician..........
