Subtorchnic fracture
My wife went subtorchnic surgery last year in June itthe nail was inserted and bone grafting was done. The healing was bit slow finally the bone healed with admistration of trefrac injection few months back. The swelling is upper part is still there but there is no pain no redness no heated part. We recently notice the ESR is 90 pl advice is this due to persisting swelling and how shall it be reduce. Thanks for advising.

Esr elevated is indicator if inflammation ( source in common cases is the fracture in post surgical cases.) Share complete reports and xray.
