Subcentimetric mesenteric lymphnodes
Bowel gases and few mildly dilated and mildly thickened bowel loops in abdomen possibility of non specific enteritis. Subcentimetric mesenteric lymphnodes are seen largest measuring 10.4*2.7mm. He is one year old boy and he vomits whenever he eats. Please suggest. Is it a big problem?
