Is it elongated Styloid Process? I feel pain mandible lower jaw border and sometimes throat irritation.. something mild ear Pain also. Past I had acid reflux. Now endoscopy is normal.But last few days my mandible pain becomes worse. Mostly right side and sometimes left side also.

Elongated styloid syndrome or Eagles syndrome usulay arises after a surgery or accident . You had any one these. ?The x ray you shown is rather not clear. You have to take another one to rule out that. And getting an elongated styloid all of a sudden is quite unnatural.
