Better you tell your problems like pain ,watering discharge itching,swelling on eyelids and blurring of vision etc with your close up pic.

it looks to be a cyst rather than a stye to me ( if it is not very much painful which styes usually are.)
for itching you can put any antiallergic eyedrop for the moment which are awailable over the counters
