A red, painful swelling near the edge of the eyelid that may look like a boil or pimple is a characteristic feature of stye. It develops from small glands of eyelid. It is self resolving within few days. The most effective treatment is dry hot fomentation. Warm comress or  warm washcloth applied to the eyelid may relieve pain and discomfort. You can take any anti-inflammatory tablet after meals. Avoid rubbing maintain hygeine.

Better to take hot fomentation, systemic antibiotics and pain medications. You can take an online consult for prescription of systemic medications. Instead of Moxifloxacin eye drop, an antibiotic eye ointment would be better. Kindly consult locally once for the same or consult online
