Sluttering usually resolves with time and age . U can wait upto 7 years of age . Beyond that if the sluttering problem persists or increases u need to consult a speech therapist . It can be resolved with patience and proper speech exercises

He needs to be seen by a speech therapist. They can guide you with exercises that you can then later practice at home. Stutter is a problem that can be solved but needs patience and time with the child.
Next Steps
Talk to a speech therapist.
