Stumuch pain n inflamation

Asked for Male, 50 Years

I'm suffering with kidney disease since 7 years but from 3 days Unbearable inflamation in stumuch and creative levels increased suddenly from 4 to 9 doctor said there may be a chance of stone it is not clear in scan so they advised for CT scan.what should be the problem
