Stucked for few seconds

I'm feeling suddenly difficulty to talk for few seconds unable to take action on that time after few seconds getting normal position, I'm facing this situation from past 4 months it occurs once for every few days today 3 times I'm faced this situation, I dnt know the reason is it dangerous??
