Stubborn Ringworm

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I have been having a very stubborn ringworm on my upper arms and upper back for 3 YEARS. I've tried every medicine and it has worked for other parts of my body but my upper back and arms still remain, no matter what. I am currently applying Triamcinolone Acetonide to it but it is not improving.Over the past 3 years i've tried covering it after putting it on/while sleeping, and i've tried to not cover as much as possible even while sleeping. What am I doing wrong?
