Strong heart beat can be simply due to anxiety or any weakness in body. Other physiological reasons for this can be hypothyroidism, blood pressure or lack of rest. Get all checked and work on them.
Next Steps
Get a Thyroid profile tested and get your blood pressure checked regularly.
Health Tips
Morning walk is best remedy for anxiety. Along with this you can do pranayam only anulom vilom and no other rigrous exercise. Brahmi tablet of himalaya will help in both anxiety and palpitation. Go for more green and fresh food. Avoid meat and alcohol.
