I couldn't divert my mind if there is some issue at home. When expectation fails, again getting stress. Now having gastritis for a long period, even a small stress or tension making it worse. What kind of medications or councelling should I take? Kindly advise. Thank you!

It seems to be psychosomatic disorder leading to gastric issues. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with homeopathic medication effectively and without any side effects.

Sometimes you block, mute , unfriend & unfollow someone . It doesn’t mean you hate them. You do it to help yourself, Build a relationship with someone who cares about “ why” you’ve been quiet all day & not with someone who gets mad coz “ you’re acting different “, Controlling what you eat & how you move your body has become the greatest form of self mastery . Losing extra flab/ weight is half the battle. Keeping it off is how you win the war , Don’t hope too much , don’t love too much, don’t trust too much. This “too much”will hurt you “so much “, Manage your time effectively & efficiently . Too much time is wasted trying to be perfect. Work done on time is much better than perfect work never done on time, Manifest in your own lane , & allow the universe do the rest . Make your peace of mind your highest goal & organise your life around it , Spend your time focusing on yourself & chasing your dreams. Don’t chase or try to force love, Don’t lose yourself trying to find someone. You kill your happiness the moment you start loving the significant one more than yourself, Being able to laugh things off is superpower. Laughing obliterates embarrassment, arguments, pain ,& setbacks, Not every action needs a reaction. You should ignore when it’s necessary, Just Chill.!!

Hi... For stress related psychosomatic concerns, psychotherapy is the best treatment. Start taking Counselling Sessions on Weekly basis. It will help improve your ability to deal with your family and work related stress and cope better in case of emergency. If your psychosomatic concerns are impacting your daily life functioning and making your condition debilitating to perform your daily tasks then you may consult a Psychiatrist as well for medication. Medications suppress the symptoms immediately. Psychotherapy addresses the issues from the root. It completely depends upon the person to choose the treatment.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Guidance and Interpersonal Relationship Counselling is required.
