I always feel stressed after work. Sometimes it increases and I also feel slight pain in the heart. What could be the reason for this. Is it because of stress . please let me know. Is there anything that I should be worried upon.

Hello there. It may not be related to heart disease. Acidity, acid reflux disease etc should be ruled out. Take a capsule pantoprazole and levosulpiride combination for 3 days, once before food. If it still persists, consult a physician in person. Regards
