Stressed about hiv and other stf
I had performed unprotected sex men to men..After 5 days I experienced with herpes zoaster and loss of appetite and oral Candidas.i went to hospital tridot is negative and then I done HIV DNA quantative at 30 day  ..The result is came as 2750 viral load...Same test ordered on other lab...The result is target not decetecd...Again I went HIV DNA qualitative test at 40 day ..It is negative..And again I performed eclica p24 test at 80 day ..The result is negative...And again at 95day performed western blot and hiv DNA pcr ..Both are negative...After 7 months in ictc centre I had performed hiv comb test ..It is negative..I had negative for syphilis and anti hcv and hep.b..But I am facing excessive sweating in groin  and excessive flatuence and burning in anal..And oral candidias with patches on mouth come and go away...I am stressed..What is my position...iam in a position of suicide..Please help me any doctor in detailed explanation. Please help me any one

As i can see you have been tested for many tests . According to HIV.gov, HIV viral load is typically undetectable below levels of 40 to 75 copies/mL. But in your case the viral load is more , but other tests are negative , so we’ll have to repeat your test and see again . Plus we will have to target each complain one by one . No need to stress out as it may only worsen your condition . Will explain it to you in detail . For your concern about oral candidiasis , will have to check by looking at the pictures what the condition and presentation is right now. Consult online as i will have to take a proper history of your condition .
