Since 6 weeks i have been having loss of appetite and weight loss. Doctors presumed symptoms related to my gall bladder surgery but abdominal ultrasound and all blood tests are clear.
Endoscopy was done and nothing serious apart from chronic superficial gastritis. Doctor said gastritis is not severe and did Autonomous balance report which showed PNS is way higher than SNS.
The GP says gastritis is purely stress related. Can this be cured naturally? I live abroad so this weight loss is worrisome. Please advise as im already on homeopathy but my appetite has not returned completely.
No pain , nausea, vomiting etc.
