Hi,
when you get into the problem it happens gradually & when you want to come out of it same. A step by step therapeutic approach needs to be followed.
Consult through hypnotherapy & CBT sessions we can overcome this.

Hi,
Consult a Psychologist. You will get help to be able to identify and build coping mechanisms that reduce symptoms and address any underlying issues or medical conditions that contribute to your feelings and actions by replacing those with more rational and realistic thoughts .
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist
Health Tips
Try relaxation skills, deep breathing, mindfulness practice, being in nature, or other soothing activities that ground you back in the present moment by refocusing.
As a mental health counsellor, I would suggest seeking help from a therapist or counsellor. They can help you identify the underlying causes of your unorganized behavior and guide you towards making positive changes.
Next Steps
However, in the meantime making some lifestyle changes can help you as well. For instance, establish a routine, practice mindfulness, exercise regularly, connect with others.
Hi... Please consult a Psychiatrist for a medical diagnosis and medications (if required) and consult a Psychologist for Counselling/Psychotherapy. Typically, such issues can be addressed with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) along with Lifestyle Changes. Please do not self diagnose yourself by searching your symptoms online as it may negatively impact your concerns and recovery.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
