  4. Stress incontinence. Apart from surgery?

I am suffering from stress incontinence since last 3.5 years that is from the time I was 6 months pregnant. I had a vaginal delivery. I pass urine when I run, sneeze or cough. Please suggest what are the treatment options available apart from surgery?
