My mother is 62 year old facing urge incontinence issue since last 1 year a delhi apollo doctor suggest him two medicines for her ist is roliton od and other one is mirago but my local family doctor said to stop it coz he said it have severe affect on kidney so what is the idle treatment for such urge incontinence issue

Your local doctor is wrong. Follow the prescribed medicines. Also ask her to avoid tea coffee alcohol.tell her to try and postpone her urination for 5 minutes to begin with and slowly increase the interval. Medicine prescribed is correct.
