It's been 4 days I am not able to do effective revision for my fast approaching exams because of tension and nervousness. What should I do to make myself calm and focus on studies rather than procrastinating things

Dear concerned you may be having performance anxiety or anticipatory anxiety Many of the students go through this  phase before exams. You may try some relaxation techniques to calm down and manage stress. If you could not handle then see a clinical psychologist for the needful.
