I am disturbed with bad things continuously happening to me. I feel something disturbing me sometimes .I don't know wther am in stress, How to find that wther am in stress??

Stress is a state of mind.
And it does look like you are in stress.
Practice yoga/meditation/pranayama and you should feel better.
Consult a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management.
