Hi, It sounds like you're dealing with a combination of physical and mental health issues that can be quite distressing. First, it's essential to consult a healthcare professional to address your skin symptoms, as they can evaluate the underlying cause of the itching and any sensations you’re feeling in your skin. This could involve a physical examination, allergy testing, or other diagnostic methods. Additionally, given your history of mental health issues and sleep problems, it might be beneficial to seek support from a mental health professional. They can help you develop coping strategies and possibly recommend therapies or medications that can improve your overall well-being. In the meantime, consider maintaining a healthy diet, staying hydrated, and incorporating gentle exercise into your routine, as these can help improve both your physical and mental health. Remember, you don’t have to face these challenges alone; seeking help is a positive step.
