Mam as I can see you have significant stress of work and child care. All that you are facing is because of over load of work and child care which causing anxiety, which in turn decreasing you efficiency to work and child care. It's been how long that you gave birth to child? There might be a chance of postpartum depression. So you need detailed evaluation. Consult a psychiatrist online. Do JPMR 20minutes twice a day to decrease your anxiety till then.
