My grandfather age is 89 he suffering from strep throat for 6 days ,his fever is from evening 101...when I give calpal or dolo 650 half tablet than fever is in normal but his bp is lower 90/50 after 6hrs taking medicine bp reach 120/80...give me advise PLZZ
