Strep throat
Hi. Today is Monday and I am strep positive. I did not start showing symptoms until Sunday morning. My question is if I kissed someone on Friday night, will they get sick too.

Strep throat is a contagious illness that is spread from person-to-person. It is usually transmitted by close contact with the saliva or nasal secretions from an infected individual. So if u had infection on Friday even without symptoms.. you may pass it.
