Dizziness after viral fever and strep th

Asked for Male, 47 Years

I had viral plus strep throat. Taken a 3day course of azithromycin. Today is the third day. No fever so I have not taken paracitomol as per doctor. I am feeling slight dizziness. What could be the cause?

Hello well it's quite possible that because of taking the tablets and because of the throat pain per se your intake of food and water would be less due to which you would be feeling the giddiness I would suggest you to make sure that you have at least 6 to 8 glasses of water per day and try to have home cooked food as possible... thank you
